Dashboard
An introduction to the remoteEaze Dashboard.
Dashboard is the connected workspace for administration, back-office operations, workflow decisions, financial processing, reports, integrations, and audit.
Its sidebar is grouped into Foundation, Organization, Business Configuration, Operations, and Processing & Monitoring. The items, tabs, and actions shown to a user depend on their access.
L0 System administrators can select a Company context on screens that support cross-Company work. Tenant users remain in their own Company. Always confirm the selected Company before creating or approving data.
Find a page or action quickly
Press Cmd + K on macOS or Ctrl + K on Windows and Linux to open the Dashboard command menu. Search for a page or an available action, then select the result to navigate to it. The menu also shows recently visited pages.
The command menu follows the same visibility rules as the Dashboard. It does not provide access to a page or action that is unavailable to the signed-in user.
The shortcut does not open while you are typing in a form field or editable area. Leave the field first, then use the shortcut.
Connection and application access
Dashboard requires an active connection. It does not use the Workbench offline Draft and synchronization queue.
A Field Agent Role can use Dashboard only when Dashboard Access is enabled. Workbench access alone does not provide Dashboard access.
The notification bell opens the user's Dashboard Inbox. The profile menu contains session and display controls.
