Workbench
The offline-capable workspace for field operations.
Workbench is remoteEaze's offline-capable field workspace. It lets an Agent prepare reference data while connected, capture supported work without a connection, and synchronize that work through the normal server permissions and workflows later.
What Workbench supports
- Customer Application capture and cached Customer summaries;
- Account opening and cached Account summaries;
- Loan Application capture plus cached Applications and Contracts;
- Fixed Deposit Application capture plus cached Applications and Contracts;
- Transaction intent capture using prepared Accounts, codes, rates, and fee configuration.
Workbench captures and submits work; it does not replace Dashboard authorization, workflow decisioning, Contract servicing, or administration.
Home provides permission-aware quick actions for Customer, Account, Loan, Fixed Deposit, and Transaction capture. The sidebar shows a module when the current authorization snapshot permits relevant Read or Create access. A module also remains visible when it contains that user's local Draft or unsynchronized queue item, so a permission change does not hide recoverable device work.
The notification bell is online-only. While connected, it opens recent notifications and the Workbench Inbox; only actions that lead to a Workbench page are offered. When offline, selecting the bell displays Connect to view notifications.

Access requires a Field Agent Role, applicable permissions, a usable local authorization snapshot, and valid prepared data. See Before enabling Workbench.
