What is remoteEaze?

remoteEaze is a Digital Field Agent (DFA) solution for financial institutions. It connects field work with the people and controls needed to configure, review, authorize, and process that work.

The product has two working surfaces:

• Dashboard is the connected workspace for administration, operations, processing, reporting, integrations, and oversight.
• Workbench is the offline-capable workspace for Field Agents. It supports approved field journeys when a reliable connection is not available and synchronizes the work when connectivity returns.

Together, these surfaces support institution setup, Customer onboarding, Accounts, Transactions, lending, Fixed Deposits, Close of Business, and the controls that govern those activities.

What a user can see and do depends on their application access, permissions, data-access scope, approval authority, record state, workflow assignment, and applicable policy. It does not depend on a job title used in this guide.
