Processing and Monitoring contains the operational controls that run after capture: Close of Business, reporting, financial uploads, import/export job oversight, notifications, third-party delivery, and the Activity Log.
These functions are permission-driven and often financially or security-sensitive. Read access to a list does not grant authority to trigger a run, publish a message, authorize an import, decrypt protected activity, or change an integration.
