How to use this guide

How to find task, readiness, troubleshooting, and reference guidance.

Use the guide according to what you need to do:

  • Use Setup and Readiness before the first live use of a journey.
  • Use the task chapters when you need step-by-step instructions for work such as creating a Customer Application, posting a Transaction, or running Close of Business.
  • Use Troubleshooting when something is unavailable, blocked, or did not produce the expected result.
  • Use Reference when you need a compact definition or status explanation.

Each task tells you where to go, which visible action to use, what the important fields mean, what access is required, and what should happen next. Access can depend on more than one control, so follow any permission, scope, approval, or record-state note shown on the task page.

The guide uses Company when referring to an organization in the interface. It uses tenant only when explaining the system boundary that keeps one Company's data separate from another Company's data.

Bold text identifies visible labels such as pages, buttons, tabs, and fields. Code-style text is used only for an exact technical value that is useful for diagnosis.
