Who this guide is for
The audiences served by the remoteEaze user guide.
This guide serves four audiences:
- System administrators work across Companies. The reserved System Administrator role operates at L0 and has unrestricted platform access. Other System Roles can be given a narrower set of cross-Company permissions.
- Tenant administrators configure and administer their own Company with the permissions granted to them.
- Back-office and operational users perform the business tasks allowed by their permissions, data scope, approval authority, workflow assignment, and the record's current state.
- Field Agents use Workbench when their Role is marked as a Field Agent Role. They can also use Dashboard when Dashboard Access is enabled for that Role.
These are audience descriptions, not fixed Role names or permission bundles. For example, this guide says that an action requires Create Transaction instead of saying that only a particular job title can perform it.
Administrators should read Access, Permissions and Authorization before designing Roles. Other users can start from the chapter for the task they need to complete.
