Administration overview
Where to configure the platform, tenant, organization, users, access, and business foundations.
remoteEaze administration is split between platform setup, tenant setup, and business configuration. The pages and actions you see depend on your platform or tenant boundary, Dashboard access, entity permissions, and data-access scope.
Foundation
Use the Foundation sidebar group to manage:
- Licenses, which provision and control tenant contracts;
- Organization Settings, which maintain the current tenant's company and security configuration;
- ID Sequences, which control the format of generated references;
- Custom Fields, which extend supported records with tenant-defined data;
- System Data, which contains shared lookups and tenant-managed reference values.
Licenses is an L0 platform function. Organization Settings and ID Sequences are tenant functions; an L0 user manages their equivalents from a tenant's license record.
Organization and access
Use Organization → Org Structure for the business calendar, branches, departments, cost centres, and users.
Use Organization → Access Control for roles and permission matrices and access policies.
Administration does not override the access model. A visible page does not by itself grant every action on that page. See Access, permissions and authorization before assigning administrative access.
Business configuration
The remaining administration pages configure identity and compliance, customer behavior, workflows, finance, accounts, contracts, lending, and fixed deposits. Each operational chapter begins with a checklist that connects the required administration records to the first live task.
