Permission actions
Standard and special permission-action definitions.
Permissions pair an entity with an action. The same action name can have different approval requirements on different entities.
| Action | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Create | Create a new record or operation. |
| Read | List or open permitted records. Often implied by another granted action. |
| Update | Change a record or run a maintenance command; may create an Amendment. |
| Delete | Use the supported delete/restore lifecycle. remoteEaze preserves data rather than physically deleting it. |
| Export | Create or download the entity's export/document. |
| Approve L3 / L2 / L1 | Perform that maker-checker authorization level. |
| Assign | Assign, claim, or accept workflow work. |
| Verify | Process workflow reviews, decisions, terms, and transitions allowed by runtime rules. |
| Waive | Record a configured exception with a reason. |
| Reverse | Initiate a Transaction correction/reversal. |
| Override FX Rate | Enter a permitted non-system FX rate and evidence. |
| Publish | Broadcast a Tenant Notification to a selected audience. |
| Decrypt | Request decrypted protected Activity Log or Delivery Log values; the request is audited. |
Licenses also use Update Contract and Update Configuration for their separate sections.
A permission is necessary but may not be sufficient. Tenant boundary, Dashboard/Workbench access, data scope, record state, maker-checker separation, conditional access policy, workflow assignment, and configured action rules are evaluated independently.
