Contracts, schedules, and certificates
How to view contract schedules and generated documents.
The Contract is the authoritative view of the booked deposit and its financial events. Open Operations → Fixed Deposits → Contracts, then select View.
Access required
Read Fixed Deposit Contract opens the Contract and its transactions. Export Fixed Deposit Schedule enables the schedule downloads. Issuing or reissuing a certificate requires Update Fixed Deposit Contract.
Contract tabs
- Overview shows Customer, Product, principal, outstanding principal, currency, dates, rate, maturity instruction, settlement Accounts, funding, and renewal state.
- Payout Schedule shows each interest or maturity event, its nominal and effective dates, amounts, and processing status.
- Transactions lists the funding, payout, liquidation, and related system postings linked to the Contract.
- Liquidations & Renewals links the Contract's early-exit and rollover history.
- Certificates shows issued and superseded certificates.
- Renewal Instructions appears only with Read Fixed Deposit Renewal Instruction.
Export the schedule
On Payout Schedule, use Download PDF or Download Excel. Both exports represent the active schedule version and require the Export permission.
Issue a certificate
From Actions, select Generate Certificate. Enter an optional note and confirm. The certificate snapshots the Contract terms at issuance. Reissuing creates another version and supersedes the previously issued certificate; it does not overwrite history. Downloading a certificate PDF uses Export Fixed Deposit Contract.
For lifecycle processing, continue with Maturity, payouts, and renewal.
