Rate quote, terms, and offer

How rates, terms, waivers, and offers are handled.

Eligibility, rate resolution, and approved terms are separate decisions. Their actions are available only when configured on the current workflow stage.

Evaluate Eligibility

With Process Workflow, an accepted assignment, and the Evaluate Eligibility action, run the Product's current Eligibility Policy. The Decisioning tab records Pass, Fail, Manual Review, or Waived outcomes and the rule-level results.

If every blocking failure is waivable, a user with Waive Fixed Deposit Application can select Waive Eligibility Exceptions and record a reason. A non-waivable failed rule prevents that operation. A waiver is tied to the exact terms evaluated; changing relevant terms causes re-evaluation.

Generate the rate quote

The Application needs a requested tenure. Select Generate Rate Quote to resolve the Product's Authorized Interest Rate Policy as of the requested start date. remoteEaze stores the applicable policy, rule, rate source, calculated rate, any negotiated override, and final effective rate as a snapshot.

A requested negotiated rate requires its reason and must comply with the configured policy. It is not automatically the final approved rate.

Approve terms

Select Approve Terms, then confirm:

  • principal, effective rate, start date, maturity date, and tenure;
  • interest payout mode and frequency;
  • principal maturity action and rollover amount mode, where applicable;
  • Funding and Payout Accounts;
  • the rate override reason and approval reason, where applicable.

The Application must be Authorized, assigned to the acting user, and have a current rate quote. remoteEaze validates the Product and settlement Accounts, recalculates the approved rate, re-evaluates eligibility when the terms changed, and stores a history entry. The business status becomes Approved.

Offer or terminal decisions

Send Offer requires approved terms and changes the business status to Offered. Reject Application and Close Application require a reason and end the workflow. A Draft can instead be ended with Withdraw Application.

When the Customer accepts and the workflow is ready, continue with Authorize, book, and fund.
