Organization settings
How to maintain the current tenant's company, financial, contact, branding, and security settings.
Open Foundation → Organization Settings to maintain the current tenant's configuration. This page is available in tenant scope; L0 administrators make the corresponding changes from Foundation → Licenses after selecting the tenant.
Access
Opening the page requires Read License. Saving configuration changes requires Update Config License. Selecting Download PDF requires Export License.
The Contract Information card is read-only on this page. Expiry, licensed modules, and activation are contract controls and must be changed by an L0 administrator from the license detail.
Update the organization
- Open Organization Settings.
- Select Edit in the settings section.
- Update the required company, contact, financial, branding, or security values.
- Save the changes.
The configurable values include the company address and contact details, logo, financial year-end month, accounting type, tenant timezone, password policy, password-change interval, inactivity timeout, and working-hours grace period.
Changes take effect as tenant configuration; this page does not use maker-checker. Treat security and timezone changes as operational changes: they can affect password acceptance, sessions, working-hours enforcement, license-date interpretation, and dates displayed to users.
Use Download PDF when an exported record of the current license and organization settings is required.
